From humble beginnings in 2014 Pamlico has grown into a premier storage developer with projects in four states and just under one million square feet of self-storage development. We are an owner developer of institutional quality storage assets. By using third-party management to manage the day to day operations, partnering with excellent capital partners, and finding great sites we are able to drive outsized returns for our investors. Through our relationships Pamlico can identify great locations for our Gen V storage facilities. Our company focuses on developing in the Top 75 MSA’s. We look for high-barrier-to entry sub markets with favorable supply/demand dynamics.

BRENT WRIGHTPresidentBrent is responsible for debt and equity placement, overseeing management and screening opportunities at Pamlico Investments. He has over six years of experience in self-storage deal underwriting and development. Since 2015, he has been intricately involved in the structuring, and capitalization of over $100 million in self-storage assets. Prior to Pamlico, he worked for Caterpillar NYSE: CAT in Beijing, China as an analyst for Caterpillar Strategic Investments. Brent also held roles as an Energy and Transportation analyst in Peoira, IL. Brent holds a BSBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from University of North Carolina Wilmington.

JOSH DAVISVice PresidentJosh is responsible from project management and construction at Pamlico Investments. He has over six year of experience in self-storage construction development. He has extensive knowledge in land entitlement, design and property due diligence. Since 2015, he has been intricately involved in the structuring, and capitalization of over $100 million in self-storage assets. Prior to Pamlico, he oversaw the development of large multi-family projects in the southwestern part of the United States.
